I feel very fortunate that people love us enough (or feel sorry for us enough) to throw us a shower. Those of you who have been reading this blog for awhile may recall Scott's goal of trying to spend under a total of $100 for the baby. Obviously, that threshold has already been broken. (Good try, honey.) The showers were a definite help, and it is so flattering to think that people would go to all that trouble for us.
Last Friday, my work threw a shower for us and Baby Girl H. It was super fun with lots of food and great company! Then, this past Saturday, my cousin, Laura, threw a small family shower for me. It was very sweet of her and we had a great time!

You'll be having the same Costco cake from you work shower at the church shower tomorrow. They need to broaden their options! Geez!
